Background

I have been a science educator for over 40 years. I have taught middle school and high school science, as well as being Nature Center Director in the Wayne-Westland Community Schools District. Presently, I am on the faculty of Madonna University and am a part-time Science Consultant at Wayne RESA. I am currently a Co-Investigator on NASA’s AREN Project. I was a founding member of Science Explosion, a musical/magical science trio. In 2015 I was awarded the Michigan Science Teachers Association “George G. Mallinson Lifetime Achievement Award.”
